Our Monterrey A San Clemente beach cottage features stunning full ocean and pier views from the living room, dining room, all three bedrooms, a sunroom, and two balconies. This beautiful two-story vacation home in the San Clemente Pier area is only 200 yards from the beach and pier.

Monterey A includes the following:

Living Room & Living Room Deck:

The spacious living room is located on the first level with comfortable seating and large windows for a beautiful ocean view.

Double sliding glass doors lead onto a large deck with space for outdoor dining or enjoying the ocean breeze.

Kitchen & Dining:

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and everything you will need for cooking on vacation.

The dining area seats 6.

Monterrey A features three bedrooms, a guest bedroom on the first level, and two master suites on the second level.

First Master Suite:

A spacious bedroom with fantastic ocean views and sliding doors onto the enclosed sunroom.

The sunroom also has French doors opening onto a second balcony with some of the most sweeping ocean views in the vacation home.

King bed, ceiling fan, and HD TV make this a comfortable, relaxing room.

Private bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

Second Master Suite:

Queen-size Bedroom with amazing ocean views and sliding doors onto the sunroom and balcony.

Ceiling fan and HD TV.

Private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Guest bed & bath:

The guest bedroom is on the first level and includes two double beds.

Includes a ceiling fan and HD TV.

The guest bathroom is also on the first level, including ample countertop space and a shower/tub combination.

A pack-n-play style crib is provided in one of the bedroom closets.

Things to Know:

Two parking spots fit up to a midsize car, One small and narrow garage space, Clearance is 6'1', and one driveway parking space.

If your vehicle hangs out into the street, you must move it on street sweeping day to avoid a citation. Please pay attention to

parking signs on either side of the street so your vehicle can be parked in the right location.

This home is so very comfortable and clean. Each couple had our own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to cook some meals and enjoy them on the balcony. It is just a short walking distance to the beach, pier, coffee shops and restaurants, and ice cream. Up the hill are many shops and more delicious food to explore. We walked everywhere and only used the car to go on longer day trips, like the San Diego zoo. The ocean waves can be heard from the balcony, just open the door and let the peacefulness consume you. The fresh ocean air and sunshine are lovely. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a beautiful spot to unwind. We will be back again someday -Nicole

The location of this home in San Clemente is outstanding, with clear views of the pier and the ocean, and walking distance to the beach and downtown. The layout (on two levels) is spacious and comfortable with great views of the ocean to be had from the two balconies. Linens and bedding are top-notch, crockery is brand new and the kitchen is more than adequate. The aging bathrooms and tired MBR carpeting are the only aspects keeping this property from earning five stars!

Everything about this property was amazing! From its location to the spotless appliances and all the provided kitchen utensils, it all conspired to create a warm and easygoing atmosphere for the family reunion we had envisioned. Thank you so much for everything!

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful San Clemente condo. The space is light, clean, and exactly as pictured with stunning ocean views just a few blocks from the beach. The layout was perfect for our group with plenty of room to relax, cook, and unwind after long days exploring town. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and everything felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Location can’t be beaten, walking distance to the sand, great restaurants, and shops. Communication and check-in were smooth and stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway! 🌊☀️

We loved the views!!! Ocean views from 2 floors with balconies. The fans were welcome as well. Can’t beat the location if you are looking for proximity to the beach and pier. Just lovely 😊
