Welcome to this sweet, modernized 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 700 sq. ft., 1-story, 2nd floor bungalow located just a short walk to the sand. This home also has a sweet front patio with colorful comfortable seating, and a barbecue for those times when meal making needs to be easy after your day’s adventures. Enter and you will find yourself in a dining area and kitchen with all the appliances and amenities you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Just add the food and camaraderie and have fun.

The living room area has a large wall-mounted flat- screen TV and lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy it.

There is 1 queen (master) bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle, so this home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds. These 2 bedrooms share the bathroom with a shower/tub combination. And of course, all bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

Additional amenities include 1 narrow garage parking spot, a shared washer and dryer in the garage (also used by the lower level unit), and WiFi and cable.

This charming modernized beach bungalow, just a very short walk to the beach, is perfect for a small family or small families traveling together. It is close to all the plentiful land and water-based activities offered in this area.

This location is perfect for Newport Beach! 2 bedrooms and a spacious patio make it a great place for a group of 4, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be walking distance to the beach and the Newport attractions.

Despite our issues with Wifi, shower, dirty dishes and a broken chair, this spot is in a great location right near the beach and a 15 minute walk to all the great restaurants and bars on the Peninsula. The beds are also great and so comfortable which really helped overshadow that we had to use a mobile hotspot to watch TV on a rainy night. The garage is VERY SMALL AND TIGHT - we had a VW small SUV that just fit and it takes some maneuvering.
