LIVING AREAS

KITCHEN & DINING

Located on the second floor, this two-story condo accommodates up to six guests between the two tranquil bedrooms.

Both bedrooms have their own unique style and a TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle.

The bedrooms share access to a beautifully tiled bathroom with a spacious double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The location to the beach was so great! The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The complex was quiet and clean. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice too!! Late check out was a great perk

The place would have been perfect had it not been for the noise of the construction. We did not know that the site was undergoing construction. We did not have access to the pool or hot tub which is one of the main reasons we rented the condo. Otherwise, the place was clean and cozy. The location is close to the beach which was perfect.

Clean dependable instructions very clear. Best location in carpinteria. Great value literally 100 steps to the beach. Awesome accommodation with great appliances and WiFi TV in good working condition. It even has heater inside the bathrooms A+. The beach chairs, towels, beach towels and games were in very good condition. More than enough towels for everyone for a family of six. Did I mention the great quilted blankets here?

the home is perfectly located close to downtown (7 min walk), a block from the beach, and the salt marsh reserve (good walking trails). The home itself is an older condo, but clearly remondeled and taken care of. No AC, but if you run the ceiling fans and have the windows open it cools nicely. I noticed additional fans in closets for hotter months (my stay was in October), but I didn’t need them. The balcony does not have a beach view, but over looks the parking lot, and other apartments. Not a deal breaker because if you wan the beach, it’s right outside the front of the complex. I stayed alone as I was there for a wedding, but there is a second bedroom with bunk beds, so a family or small group could make it work. A pool and hot tub open 10a to 10p, as well as on site laundry (coin operated, or you can pay with an app). One of the nicest things is that the complex is a quiet community. I really didn’t hear much of any noise after quiet hours (10pm), which made for a very peaceful stay. Don’t come here expecting to party, go downtown for that haha. All together a fun little sleepy beach town. I will be visiting again.
