Location is minutes to the beach

It's quite a small common space, and the 2nd bedroom is miniscule, but these are to be expected in many beach cottages. One problem was thin walls and loud neighbors. The kitchen was fine (although there was leftover food in the freezer from last guest). Really no complaints, but not much to praise either. Perfectly acceptable.

The beds were comfortable. There were enough amenities for making meals. It was very clean. Some concern about baseboard heating unit coming away from the wall. Noisy construction in another unit.
