I love this property. The location is everything. It’s clean, comfortable and in a walking distance of everything. The access to the beach for me is everything. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job considering how much sand they must encounter. Also these are booked back to back and both times I’ve come in there’s no signs of the last guest. I was really happy with the linens where we all have sensitive skin and can’t do the overwhelming scents. I’ve been to places where I have to strip and remake the beds with my own and that has not happened here. Big bonus for me :) The view is just awesome. I have stayed other places at OOB this is the only place I have revisited and I will continue . It hits the mark for me and my family consistently.

This unit is in a great spot in relation to the pier, restaurants and shops. It could use a coat of paint and the windows should all have been operating. I stay on the ocean when possible and having the windows open to hear the ocean is a big reason we do. 3 windows had notes saying they were going to be fixed after our stay. Not helpful. A coat of paint would do wonders. Kitchen is nice and it's nice to have a table to sit at. Other units we've stayed in only had counter seating. I recommended more coffee mugs, 4 is not enough. I also recommend more silverware. All in all it was a good stay in OOB.

Location location location. Perfect spot, and not as busy as I expected during peak season and not to far north of the pier. We loved the property and will come back again for sure.
