You'll love being located steps from Rocky Neck, Good Harbor Beach, and Niles Beach, and a short driving distance to downtown, Manchester By the Sea, Rockport, and Essex.

Upon entering, you will take notice of the welcoming, open-concept layout complete with hardwood flooring throughout. The comfy living area invites you to spread out with your loved ones and rest after an exciting day exploring your surroundings. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the Roku smart TV, and when you get hungry, utilize the well-equipped kitchen to prepare mouthwatering culinary masterpieces for your group. In the kitchen, you will find all the essential appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker.

Great stay. House has surprisingly big bedrooms and the first floor was a great, spacious place for our family to gather comfortably.

Home was bright and clean, with many amenities. One of the reasons we picked this house was to have room for visiting family and it served that purpose well. Loved the fact that there was plenty of parking and it was central to Gloucester.

We have stayed at Beau’s beach house 3 times and there’s always a cheerful welcome note. The kitchen is open and well appointed so kids can sit and chat while I cook. The living room is comfortable we can all relax in the evening and play cards or watch tv. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and the bathrooms are modern.
