As of April 2024, the condo received updates including fresh paint in warm, inviting tones and stylish new décor throughout. The open floor plan sets this condo apart from many others at Buena Vista. The oversized kitchen is a standout feature, equipped with full-size appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher), a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, and dinnerware—everything you’ll need to prepare meals for your group. A dining table sits conveniently between the kitchen and living area. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and accent chairs, perfect for relaxing or enjoying TV time. Both bedrooms feature a full-size bed, dresser, closet, and windows with natural light. Step outside and you’ll find the outdoor pool and sundeck just down the hall on the same floor—easy access from unit #402! Please note: Buena Vista is a smoke-free property, and smoking is not permitted inside, on balconies, or at the pool. A $300 fine will apply if this rule is broken. We provide all essentials, including fresh linens, bath towels, toiletries, and starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, dish liquid). Located in the desirable Cherry Grove area, Buena Vista is just minutes from North Myrtle Beach’s shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go-karts, fishing, and golf courses.
