The home and location were fantastic! It was very clean and comfortable. The view was magical for us...shockingly, there isn't such a view in Omaha!

The cottage was truly at the end of a winding road, on the water with beautiful views of lobstermen checking traps, boats, and nature! The cottage offered a comfortable, low-key get-away vacation. It is far from the noise of cities, airports, highways, construction, and people. The cottage has been well maintained. The stairs to the second level are steep and not for the weak. Restaurants in Bath, Bar Harbor, near Acadia National Park on Desert Island were delicious. There are no places to eat close to the cottage so plan for groceries to cook at home. There is a general store and a wonderful pottery shop a few miles from the cottage. The Portland Airport is over an hour away so plan ahead and watch out for deer at dusk and dawn!

Location is perfect, peaceful, and beautiful scenery. The stairs are very steep for anyone with any issues. The bed needs to be replaced.
