This three-story home sits right off Route 1, with parking at the top of the hill and a pathway leading down to the entrance (please note this position is not suitable for guests with mobility issues). You'll have six acres of woods and 600 feet of oceanfront all to yourself, making it the perfect place to escape, relax, and gaze up at the Milky Way on crystal-clear nights. To head into town, choose between darling Rockport (two miles), Camden (three miles), and Rockland (five miles) close by.

Full of little quirks and a certain rustic charm, this home promises a classic Maine experience. Whether you're inside the house or outside on the multi-level deck, the oceanfront view seems to follow you at every turn.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, windowside dining areas, and a gas grill outside to accent your summer meals. There are three bedrooms, including a primary suite, and a basement den which is accessible only via a set of outdoor stairs.
