You are five minutes by car from Sonoma Plaza, the largest public plaza in California and the heart of Sonoma’s walkable wine-and-dining scene with 20-plus tasting rooms. Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery (0.9 mi), Buena Vista Winery (1.0 mi) — one of California’s oldest — and Gundlach Bundschu Winery (1.1 mi) are each about a mile from the front door. Bartholomew Estate Winery (1.1 mi) offers small-production tastings in a historic park. For dining, Café La Haye (1.2 mi) and LaSalette Restaurant (1.2 mi) are acclaimed options near the Plaza. A few things worth knowing before you arrive. The pool is solar-heated from May through September to around 80–85°F, weather-dependent, as there is no pool cover. There is no pool cover so cooler nights the temperature can drop. Outside that window, the pool is unheated and ranges from 50–70°F — the hot tub is available year-round for a warm soak. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM per Sonoma County regulations. No amplified outdoor music at any time. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The home has air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi.
