From the spiral staircase dividing the two-story interior to the stylish modern design, the space comes well-appointed for comfort. Though days will be spent soaking up the sunshine at the beach just blocks away, mornings, evenings, and any downtime in between can be enjoyed at home base. The furnished deck is ready for outdoor leisure, while the main living area features all-new furnishings. Two, Amazon Fire TVs are equipped for streaming all your favorite shows or movies. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis Magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. You won't have to go far to get a taste of this coastal city, as simply walking from the complex can expose you to the tasty restaurants nearby. When the sand is calling your name, make your way up to Bethany Beach Boardwalk and spend the day splashing in the warm water or grabbing a souvenir from a local shop. Things to Know This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Last minute get away for my son's 13th bday and let me say the condo was amazing. Kids love the loft, its a cute hide away. Place is clean and like living in your place. You can cook or just relax in balcony. Place is definitely a gem.

The grounds were beautiful, this time of year was very quite and not many people. However tgere was still security and people to assist when needed. The apartment was very clean and the deck sat back in so was secluded. Alot of nature saw deer right up to our apt. We had a great time.

Clean, newly updated appliances and well stocked kitchen with the basics for cooking simple meals. Beds were comfy and we didn’t hear any neighbors the entire week we were there. Easy check in/out and can’t beat the location for tennis or beach! Very well maintained unit

The location and amenities and the very well organized and clear instructions made our first visit to Sea Colony and the DE and MD beaches better than we could have ever imagined. We easily did day trips to Assateague, Rehoboth, and Ocean City. And easy trips by Sea Colony Tram over to the beach and other pools. The condo is smaller but well laid out. The bedrooms are good sized and the private deck is a nice addition being on the second floor. It was very quiet and we enjoyed coffee on the back deck in the morning. The one pool was just across the street. Trash pickup was twice a week and you just have to take it out to the parking lot dumpster. The bathroom and Living room could be a little larger but we spent so much time out doing things, we mostly just slept there. Kitchen was very big and had everything we needed. All of the staff we talked to were helpful and kind. Such a wonderful first experience and we can’t wait to come back!
