Located 2 miles from downtown Bethany Beach, this home offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, den and spacious loft. Enjoy the open floor plan for gathering and an open outside front porch to enjoy the sunsets. The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed and large primary bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity and a large walk in closet. Want or need to work remotely? The den offers a motorized stand up desk with dual monitors, a universal base station that works with all laptops (some drivers may need to be installed) and sofa bed. Enjoy gathering in the bright open dining, living area and well stocked kitchen (Keurig, coffee pot, blender, etc) with sliding glass door access to the back yard that is large enough to play yard games. The first floor also has a powder room. Upstairs you will find a large loft equipped with an 85 inch TV and a game table that converts from Ping-Pong to air hockey to a regular table top for card games and puzzles. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and cable. Laundry room is also upstairs. 4 beach chairs and corn hole provided. Renter wristbands can be purchased at the Management Office located in the Clubhouse via credit card for $45 per person per week from 9 am to 5 pm daily. To enter the Clubhouse and outdoor pool area, you will need to scan a blue access card (provided by owner). Everyone age 6 and older must wear a renter wristband when using any of the OVBC amenities, including the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, outdoor pool, game rooms, sauna and steam rooms, and sports courts. There is a weekend beach shuttle bus if you paid for the wristband, please check at the clubhouse for schedule and other activities.
