If you’re looking for a spot to just sleep and leave your belongings, close to the beach, this is perfect. The unit is very tiny so no more than 2 people or it’ll feel crowded. There is no “living room” area so that was a bit odd when we wanted to watch a movie on one of the rainy days but otherwise this spot was great.

House was clean and nice. The location was great. But there are a few problems, mainly the lack of sound proofing. You hear every word said and ever footstep taken from the unit upstairs. So you gotta ask yourself, can they also hear everything you say? Also, whenever you run the water, or the upstairs room runs water, there is a loud hum in the entire place. The shared yard space is not in great shape with an old picnic table and unkept yard.

Loved the interiors new look & feel of this place! For a 1 BR/1Ba, it was very open, spacious and well appointed. The location is great to for easy walking to restaurants, bars and the beach. Highly recommend.
