Enjoy them from your living area, the furnished patio, or the sizable common deck just outside. Boating enthusiasts can use the private dock and enjoy endless hours of fishing and recreating on the over 1000-acre lake. Swim at the shared beach or next to the private dock; the sandy bottom and crystal-clear water are ideal for all ages. There is a swim raft available. You will love the location, less than a mile from town, where you'll find a park, bike and UTV trails, a public boat launch, and shopping. Inside, board games, children's books, and DVDs are available for entertainment. The kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a snack bar. Age-appropriate dinnerware is available for the kids. THINGS TO KNOW The swimming pool is open late June through late August. No lifeguard on duty. The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
