The living room boasts delightful wooden accents here and there to showcase a rustic, yet modern ambiance. It also has two comfortable sofas near a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV with Roku. It's the perfect setting for movie nights, lazy evenings at home, and a great place to gather overall. Right off the living room is the access to the lakefront deck, which boasts a gas grill, incredible views of the surrounding nature and Road Lake, and a seating area. Back inside, the eat-in kitchen has been appointed with all the modern, stainless steel appliances and cookware needed to whip up everything that comes to mind. Use the free Wi-Fi available to look up recipes and surprise your family with a delicious full-course meal. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area, which offers a six-person dining table, but if you need more dining space or would like a more informal setting, the kitchen has a four-person high table. This level also offers a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and a half bathroom. The ground level of this charming home has a cozy family room with a sofa, two armchairs, a wood stove, a large flatscreen TV, and a convenient desk, access to the patio where a nice firepit area awaits, one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a mini-fridge to store your snacks and goodies. The upper level of the home is where the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. You'll find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bath and a lakefront balcony with two chairs and a small table.
