This home also offers a cozy sunroom and a landscaped yard fenced in on two sides and open to the woods at the back - perfect for outdoor games with your kids and dogs. You're sure to enjoy the comforts and amenities of this Chatham vacation home. Walk or bike to Hardings Beach, just a mile away, or take a pleasant stroll through the adorable town of Chatham, where you can sample some delicious local cuisine, visit galleries and museums, or do a little shopping just a little over two miles east. And for adventures on the water, bring your boat to the Barn Hill boat launch, just a quarter-mile down the street. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Outdoor shower. A hair dyer is available. The shed is stocked with beach chairs, towels, games, and toys. This is an area dense with coyotes, so please watch your dogs.
