This expansive, two-story home sits on the northwestern edge of Follins Pond in Yarmouth Port. The grounds are private and meticulously landscaped, with mature trees lining the back lawn and a staircase leading down to a flagstone patio and a beach at the water's edge. The other outdoor spaces are truly special, designed for lounging and dining alfresco after a day at the beach. Enjoy a covered front porch with rockers and a swing, a partially shaded deck out back with a gas grill, and an elevated deck that's perfect for cocktails overlooking the lake. The first-floor interior is a wonderfully open space, where a back wall of windows frame the lawn, the trees, and the lake just beyond.
