The main level offers a spacious kitchen with a custom breakfast nook, a cozy cathedral-ceiling living area, a Queen bedroom with a private balcony, and a full bath. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. A separate private suite—accessible from a hallway off the kitchen—includes a Queen bed, full bath, and its own balcony with scenic hillside views. Outdoors, the landscaped grounds offer multiple places to relax, whether you're grilling on the deck, gathering around the firepit, enjoying the large outdoor shower, or unwinding in the hot tub after a day on the Cape. Truro is known for its quiet beauty, scenic hills, and pristine beaches, while still being close to Provincetown’s dining, shopping, and entertainment. Corn Hill Beach, just 1.5 miles away, provides the perfect spot for sun, sea, and sand. Lovely Truro beach house surrounded by gorgeous landscaping. Peaceful and private. The home is stunning and tastefully appointed but so comfortable. It’s not so nice that one can’t relax. It was like staying with family (family that you love staying with). I would have given 5 stars save for the kitchen. Everything needed is there but things were not intuitively laid out. Light above the range needed repair (could be fixed now) and the microwave should be on the counter so it can open and not slide around in the opening meant for a built-in unit. I assume the microwave needed replacing and they just put a countertop unit in there. We worked around everything but better lighting, functional microwave and more intuitive placement of utensils and pans for chefs would make this rental perfect. We appreciated the outdoor shower and four adult bikes to ride to the beach which was just down the street. I love staying in Truro. We’re close enough to Ptown to drive in (my teens rode bikes one day and back 20 miles) and have dinner and see a show or do a gallery walk. And we’re also next to Wellfleet to go to Moby Dicks for the best clam bake food on the cape. The drive-in theatre and the Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. The basement had a complete remodel and its SO nice. My boys had ping pong tournaments. The finished downstairs are very tasteful. If the kitchen issues resolve it’s the kind of rental I would like to return to year after year. I would buy this house in a heartbeat. :)

The house has a warm and comfortable feeling. It is like it is your own house. Of course except the kitchen which feels like needs work with anything that has to do with cooking.

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Conveniently located near p town. Very comfortable and lots of great amenities. We used the outdoor barbecue and the kitchen to make plenty of meals and were able to relax in the spacious living room. We will definitely be back!
