The room was spacious and comfortable. Little patio with chairs and coffee table overlooking a lawn, very nice to have coffee/wine outside. Great location close to nature trails, beach, restaurants. One negative is that the kitchen was not very well stocked. Bring your own spoons (there was only one), spatulas (the one we found was all cracked and flaky), salad bowl, better bring your own pans too as the ones provided were not in good condition.

Overall stay was great. The unit was a good size for our party of 4 - 2 adults and 2 16 YOs. Loved that they provided body wash, shampoo, and dish soap. And of course plenty of towels, linens and blankets. I had the following suggestions that I sent to management: 1) Put an outlet cover on the outlet on the side of the bed. 2) Put a power strip for the coffee pot and toaster oven - we had to move them to the stove and have them sit there to use them since there was no way to plug them in. 3) Replace the larger refrigerator. I saw the reviews dating back to 2022 where it was broken. Its about time it is replaced. 4) put some WD40 on the bathroom door hinges. It was very loud. The bed was super hard but we actually slept well on it. If you know you can't tolerate hard beds, then you should avoid. There as an issue with the pull out sofa from the previous renter. Management called us before we arrived to let us know and they bought two great air mattress (queen sized and double high). They worked perfect.

Practical place for a family w 2 little kids to spend a couple of nights. Not fancy. No water views, but a big yard for them to run in and a small pool to cool off in. Pity that everything in Cape Cod is so damn pricey, but that's life.

Great accommodations! Great location! Right on the shuttle bus route so you can be downtown Ptown in minutes!

Great deal, very spacious studio. Comfy couches. Firm bed. Older stove and refrigerator- plenty of pots and pans- able to do a lobster! New mini refrigerator freezer to compensate for non working regular freezer
