A formal dining area offers the perfect setting for family meals. Outdoor Amenities: Spend sunny days in the spacious, fenced backyard, complete with a gas grill and plenty of room for outdoor games on the grass. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience. Kid-Friendly Additions: While this home is not childproof, it is certainly kid-friendly! There is a full bath on each floor. The guest house offers an additional bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite 1/2 bath, ideal for extra privacy. The separate guest house also includes a sleeper sofa, a desk, an electric fireplace, and a coffee maker.
