Begin each morning by flipping pancakes in the kitchen, then grab a fresh bathing suit from the laundry room and head out the door with your beach toys and towels. This spot was tucked away along the pond but also very close to both Bristol and Heights beaches. Bed was comfy and the outdoor shower was a Cape Cod classic.

This home was the very best. The cleanliness was outstanding. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the linens helped make it that way. The outdoor shower was so handy as well as the washer and dryer. The location on Little Pond and walk to beaches made our stay very special. We hope to stay here again!

We did a quick weekend trip here - 2 adults and 2 kids. The house was perfect for us and we definitely appreciated the view of the pond and proximity to the ocean. The kids room is close quarters for tween/teen but it worked fine for us. All the amenities are there for you! Thanks!

This cottage is in a great location, right across from a quiet pond, where we watched 2 dozen swans every day. It is also an easy five minute walk to Falmouth Heights beach. We're already planning to return in future summers.
