The bright interior of this 2,200-square-foot home features an open floor plan and an opportunity for authentic indoor/outdoor living, with two walls of glass doors that open onto the covered pool deck. Start your day with coffee on the lanai or swim a few laps in the beautifully landscaped pool. At breakfast time, the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to keep the chef happy. Dine together alfresco at the table on the terrace. The pristine Gulf beaches of Boca Grande, Manasota Key, and Englewood are just minutes away. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, and two kayaks are available to help you make the most of a day on the sand. Five golf courses, a community park with tennis courts (tennis balls and rackets are in the garage), a playground, and walking trails are all located in your neighborhood. You can explore on two wheels thanks to the two adult bicycles in the garage. Want to stay closer to home? Pull up a chaise at the pool or bring your fishing rod and while away the afternoon on the dock, fishing for bass, tilapia, snook, or catfish in Pebble Beach Creek, just behind the home. In the evening, lots of good restaurants are nearby, or fire up the gas grill on the lanai. Pull up one of the swivel chairs around the firepit for after-dinner conversation, or get comfy on the sectional in front of the 75-inch smart TV, which features a Roku for streaming. We loved everything about our stay. It was easy to enter the property, the location was great-just far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle of everything, we were able to walk the roads with the kids without too many worries. The rooms were spacious with plenty of extra bedding, towels, and basic necessities. Walmart and Publix are within 15 minutes. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 4 kids. When we weren’t swimming in the gulf, we were swimming in the pool. The emergency room is within 15 min also so travel emergencies can be handled quickly-the staff there were great as well. The convenience of having household amenities was great. The pool was cleaned once while we were there and was the perfect temperature. We enjoyed playing some of the games that were available and it was nice to have some beach gear and pool floats. We will very likely be back to stay again!

My wife and I spent two-weeks at Sand Bunker. We love Rotonda West, and we loved this property with all of its amenities, spaciousness and comfort. The house was clean and well kept. The wifi signal was strong. The king bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The kitchen was well appointed. The master bathroom was roomy with a great shower. On those perfect Florida days, we'd leave the large sliding doors out to the pool wide open and perfectly merging the inside and outside into one grand living space. The long view out the back was private and serene. The mornings would bring a heron or two close to the water searching for fish. The pool was clean and water warm. There was solid, comfortable patio furniture in both the covered areas and on the pool deck. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our return in late 2025. We highly recommend a stay at Bunker Hill!
