There is also a private pool equipped with gorgeous views and patio furniture for all to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The home itself is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated to make you feel right at home. There is a full kitchen for easy meal preparation and modern amenities such as a flatscreen cable TV and free WiFi. Beautiful sunsets await every night from the comfort of the dock. This home is located only a mile away from a variety of shops and convenience stores, and less than four miles from some famous restaurants on the island. You'll also have canal access and be just down the street from Publix Grocery. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Snowbird-friendly.

Great location. Pool needs some love-stains that look like dirt. House is good - older loaded with toys.

This home was exactly what you see. Beautiful sunset, tons of space, outdoor area fantastic. Tons of extras to cook and play with. From pots, pans and utensils to spices, fishing rods and bikes. Thank you

Nice location, even though it is on a busy street. The pool is terribly stained, a lot of the furniture is very worn and in some cases being held together by tie-wraps, killed roaches almost everyday, mold growing on the A/C vents, handle broke off of freezer the first time it was used. All requests to Vacassa were via text and seemed canned...always stated the "local team" would be notified...we stayed there two full months....never saw anyone locally. Marco Island is beautiful, but will never stay here again or rent from Vacassa. PS - I never write a bad review, but this is not what was "advertised."
