The rental was absolutely great! Centrally located, spotless, and had everything we needed for our stay. My 10 year old fished off the pier every minute he was free. Really a good choice for us as clean freaks :)
This place was very clean. Screened patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening libations. Location was private and easy to get to. Great kitchen and living room. Definitely exceeded what we expected. Will stay here again if returning to Naples.
I like the renovations, the appliances are all new, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and the location to downtown Naples is good!
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Quiet culdesac street, location super convenient to downtown and other activities (National Pickleball Center being one!). Celebration Park a few blocks away with excellent food trucks, bar, and live music. Ten-fifteen minutes to the beach. We were there "in season" and it was NOT over-crowded, restaurants and activities were accessible and excellent. Would definitely stay again and considering so within the next year. FYI..."comfortably sleeps four" as far as we are concerned. Two bedrooms (one king, one queen) with in-suite bathrooms. Additional sleeping would be on small couch with chez and pop-up in a sitting room off the kitchen. There is an additional small bathroom with shower available next to the king bedroom. Large/open, well-appointed and supplied kitchen. Lovely screened-in sunroom was home to a couple of afternoon naps. Kitchen/dining/living area is very comfortable for relaxing/meals/entertaning.
Very clean
The property manager that manages this property was very rude and tough to deal with. They had us locked out of the house for hours upon arrival and could not get us in. She was not nice and acted like it was our fault, and in the end the lock had a dead battery. The house was overall nice and well renovated although the neighborhood is questionable. The house is across the street from a very busy boat storage so there are trucks and trailers going in and out all day.
