Good location, nice area.

If you don’t want to put up with the spring break crowds, have access to a private beach which is clean and only a 5 min walk, be near a cute little shopping complex that has some basic shopping and coffee, then this is the place for you. Also, has a wonderful pool and hot tub, separate deck with gas grills, and is easy to get to especially if you go the south route to avoid the bridge traffic.

We had a such a wonderful time at this condo. The best thing is the location. Only a block from a farmers market (Tuesday and Thursday) and a coffee shop as well as a fabulous Italian restaurant.

The proximity to Fort Myers Beach is the benefit of this unit. There is a slight walk to get to the public walkway, but once you figure it out, there is great beach access. The unit is clean and comfortable with great amenities to prepare your own meals. Publix is about 2 miles from the unit. Once you are on the island, it is several miles south to get to the unit, though. The pool at this facility is fantastic. Our kids were in in several times a day overall a decent place for the price we paid.

Wish I read the review in April 2025. I had booked before that. Safety issues with getting in the unit and the not working elevator. They gave me the wrong code. We sat outside for hours in the heat with a disable person waiting for a call back. I finally told them we need to take medication and we’re stuck because the door code didn’t work. Mind you we are with a disabled person and no access to a working elevator. Finally we got the cleaning lady’s code. I was told sorry the elevator doesn’t work “ it’s not our problem”. They listed it as a service. Imagine booking a place due to disability issues and then not having proper access. They all should be ashamed of themselves and their policies. Days upon days of requesting help. We checked on Sunday and Tuesday they called us back with a new door code. We had already been there for days. DO NOT STAY here
