Spend leisurely afternoons relaxing in your lanai that is complete with a heated pool and a spa. While the chef in your group sizzles recipes on the gas grill, stretch out in one of the poolside loungers with book or watch favorite TV shows from the comfort of the outdoor sectional. A four-person table and a four-person bar provide ideal perches for afternoon cocktails. When you're ready to venture from home, venture out to nearby beaches as well as neighborhood restaurants and shops. An open-style layout awaits inside this vacation retreat. Kick back in either of the two living areas, both outfitted with ample seating and a smart TV. In the modern kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare family-style meals. Nibble on appetizers at the five-person kitchen bar, then dine at the adjacent table that seats six. An additional table seating four offers more room to share meals. THINGS TO KNOW There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Streaming is available using your own accounts.

We loved the pool and hot tub since we spent a lot of time with our little ones! It had a great location to stores and other amenities. It was nice to have extra baby items to use!

The central location was really nice & easy to get to about anything you want, beach, Walmart, restaurants & ABC store. The kitchen has about any appliance you would ever want. The fenced in back yard was great for our dogs & they loved it. The only down side I saw was that the master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced, it's way past it's prime.

Loved staying at this property. It was very clean and well appointed with all kitchen requirements. Location off of Del Prado was great since we were visiting with other friends in Naples and Sanibel. Pooch Park Dog Park at Judd Community Park was very nice. Fins, First Round Draft & Port 57 were some of our favorite restaurants. Would definitely be a property to return to in the future.

House pictures accurately reflect this home. It's laid out perfectly and we enjoyed all the amenities such as the pool and hot-tub. A great place to escape the winter with furry friends and family! We highly recommend this property!!
