Boasting canal-front views, this home offers the best of indoor and outdoor living, with a resplendent, screened pool area and patio with a grill-kitchen, dining, and living areas. The single-level interior is tastefully appointed with updated, high-end appliances and elegant design. The spacious, bright interior showcases an open layout with sparkling, marble tile flooring featured throughout. Gather with friends and family on the luxe, leather recliner sofa while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. An electric fireplace offers elevated ambiance. The full island kitchen comes exquisitely outfitted with the updated appliances utensils to suit even the most discerning of home cooks. The island prep station doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for four. Everyone can eat together at the six-seater dining table. Challenge friends and family to a bit of competition with a few rounds of Ping-Pong in the garage. Primary guests will find a private sanctuary in the main bedroom, complete with direct patio access and a gorgeous en suite featuring deep soaking tub and walk-in shower. We absolutely loved this home and would definitely rent it again in the future. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was incredibly easy. Some of our favorite features were the ping pong table, beautiful pool, outdoor space, and the stunning sunrises over the canal. However, we did have one major issue that was incredibly frustrating. The air conditioning was not working properly. After having this problem, we noticed several other reviews mentioning the same issue. My advice is to call right away and advocate for a technician to be sent out if you’re having trouble. It took us seven very hot nights (or our ten-night stay) to get someone to take our concerns seriously, and we had to make daily calls to get them to come out. Once the technician arrived, the issue was resolved, and we were able to sleep better for the remaining three nights. They did offer us some compensation, which we appreciated, and we wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying here. We just wanted to share our experience so that others don’t have to go through the same frustrating situation.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect: close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful when I wanted to relax. I especially loved the — Swimming Pool, soft linens, and Huge TV in the Bedroom. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
