Fully renovated and new to the market this Studio 7th floor condo has spectacular views of Bonita Beach and Tennis Resort area. The beach and Tennis Club is a short 5-minute walk to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. At the beach a local favorite Doc's Surf Shop Bar & Grill (great food too!) where you can go parasailing, rent jet skis, or enjoy other beach amenities. Or just relax your day away soaking up the sun on the beach or watching the stunning sunsets. The home features a modern beach décor and can sleep up to four (2 adults only please). There is one king bed and 2 twin pullout sofa beds. There is one full bathroom. Perfect for a small family or couple. You'll love the new fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Enjoy breakfast and the views on the screened in Lanai or watch your favorite movies on the big screen TV. Relax and soak up the sun. Beach & Tennis has a great little Café that serves breakfast & lunch. Also within walking distance we recommend 'Coconut Jacks” for dinner one of the area's best seafood restaurants. Nearby attractions abound, visit Lovers Key Park, see manatees at Estero bay, or collect seashells on Little Hickory Beach. Fishing Charters are nearby or book a catamaran for a stunning dinner cruise. If golf is your game set up a tee time at Spanish Wells Golf Club, Bonita Fairways, or Raptor Bay all close by. Just a few of the many activities available a short distance from the Beach & Tennis Club. Located on the beautiful six-mile Bonita Beach in Florida. Two new full-size heated swimming pools or just step across to Bonita Beach. Located on Fish Trap Bay with easy boating access to the Gulf of Mexico. Close to shopping and restaurants. Condo is nicely decorated and very clean. Comes equipped with everything you'll need for a week vacation... Pots, pans, blender, rice cooker, etc. In the guest closet you will also find 2 beach chairs, 2 camping chairs, beach umbrella and lots of sand toys. The bed was really comfortable with nice pillows. The pullout twin couch beds were also comfortable but there was no sheets provided for those... Bring your own. Nice balcony with 2 Tables and 2 chairs. The outdoor pool is on the 1st floor right outside this building. The beach is literally right across the street ..a 5 minute walk. You can see the ocean out the front kitchen window. Easy to have groceries delivered to the condo from nearby Walmart. The only small complaint I have is that the shower is really weird. The height of the shower head is so low it was hard to wash my hair. I felt like Buddy the elf taking a shower. And the shower floor plastic moves a lot. Besides that it is a beautiful condo... I would highly recommend staying here. You don't beat the location for the price

We thought the unit was perfect for the two of us, and served us well for our brief 3 day stay… Comfortable bed, nice tv, well-equipped and close to the beach (and Coconut Jacks!) thank you!

Great location; right across the street from the beach and two great restaurants—this is an huge perk considering all the traffic in the area. Easy parking near building. Bed was very comfortable. It’s pretty small, but we knew that and it worked good for the two weeks we were there. Unit could use a little TLC and the shower needs some realignment.
