Right next to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and just two blocks from the beach, this second-floor studio (no elevator) at Key West Villas is your ticket to central Ocean City living. Leave the car behind and walk or take one of the provided bikes to shops, local dining, and boardwalk attractions. After the days adventures, unwind on the private balcony while taking in sunset views over the water or kick-back in the living area to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. The kitchenette comes well-equipped with mid-size appliances, including a fridge and stove/oven, and all the utensils needed for easy. at-home meals. A wall-mounted AC unit keeps the studio cool and comfortable while a private washer/dryer provides in-home convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is, may need to have an additional light or lighting above the TV or on that side of the room it felt a little dark, but with the lights outside, it made it more cozy. We really enjoyed everything and would definitely rebook this room again.

Our bed was broke and unable to sleep on and did not match the picture. The towels and sheets were clean but the actual comforter for the bed did not seem clean. The bathroom floors were dirty, and there was hair left in the drain with no drain topper. The shower head is very outdated and the water pressure was terrible. If these few things were fixed it would be 5/5 stars, but unfortunately due to these issues it was a 3 for us. Very beautiful porch area, and the inside decor and art was lovely. Fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc.

Good for family flight beside amusement park and 2 min walk to beach and at the very end of boardwalk,but I do think that fees from the cleaning company etc.is about 150$ to much I can understand the people's time for about 150 but 300 basically for 5 nights in fees all you did was clean it up I do understand it's work and I appreciate it but little high on price for sure for service
