Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Very reasonable for the price. Location is nice, close to the beach and good parking provided. Must not have an issue with steps.

This place is perfect for just a nice to lay your head after a long day at the beach. It has everything you need for a basic stay. Short little walk to the beach. Mini golf right across the street and so many other things in a short distance away.

This was a great stay and we’ll definitely be coming back another time! Very quiet and simple and the beach is right there! Great price too! Make sure you have travel toiletries—they didn’t provide us with shampoo or soap but it wasn’t a huge deal.
