All units include a washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We loved everything about this property as it is centrally located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway, and short walk to the beach.

Home away from home! I always look forward to our beach vacation every year and staying here just makes it 10 times better. Just swxondsaway from the beach, not far from the boardwalk, and so many fun things to do near by. It's the perfect spot and I already can't wait for next year!

My husband and I loved this one bedroom condo. It had all the amenities we wanted which included a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The a/c worked incredibly well and the bed was comfy. This condo is located mid-town near all the restaurants we love. This condo was so well stocked, that there was even a first aid kit that helped with my hurt toe!!!

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed plus the bed was super comfy! We really enjoyed being only a few steps away from the beach, making it super easy to have and enjoy those long relaxing beach days. Everything was perfect! Definitely gonna stay here again for our beach vacation next summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

I could live here! So charming, nicely decorated, beautiful upgrades. Fully stocked kitchen with every size casserole dish and frying pan imaginable! And the bed is dreamy! I slept so good! It's ocean side so a short 1 minute walk to the beach-unit would have ocean view but the dunes are in the way! Ha! Neighborhood is quiet, Plenty of parking. I enjoyed my perfect getaway and will keep coming back!
