Close to the beach plenty of cooking items. Was told there would be a golf cart but there wasn't. Could use upgraded a bit. Floor tile chipping away, Paint in all rooms chipping. Sink didn't drain and toilets did not want to flush had to keep using plunger.
Wonderful neighborhood that was easy to walk in. The lake and beach access if very very close to this house. Went in November so not beach weather but look like there are several access points. The was a fire pit in the front yard of the house which we did not use but looked like a nice place to sit. There is a hot tub and a closed in patio area(3 season room) that was a nice place to sit in the morning and watch the wildlife. It is a typical 1960s home and the layout is nice. Plenty of space for 4 of us. The house could use just a little TLC.
The house is immersed in a small community that makes you feel like in heaven. The access to the beach is easy and it’s ideal for relaxing and recharge batteries.
This house was amazing. It was so close to the beach and the spa was so relaxing!!
Overall the place is very clean, spacious and the hot tub was very relaxing!! I love a place with a fireplace, being from Colorado we felt right at home! I originally thought the home faced the Lake and we thought beach was accessible right from the back yard but it’s not :( can’t tell by the pictures provided in the listing. There was a small walk path down the road from the house to get to the beach and the Lake. Weather was windy, Chilly and Rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy the Lake as much but hopefully we can plan to comeback during the summer months!! The house has all the commodities needed for a fun and relaxing stay.
The sunset house is located well near the lake with private beach access. It was the perfect getaway - with the space nicely split between main living space and a large basement/bedroom for the kids. That kept most of the peace for the trip. The sunroom is large and spacious and the hot tub is definitely a great add. The backyard is smallish.. and not really an outdoor ‘hang out in your backyard’ kind of space. The biggest thing missing was that there are no mirrors in the house barring the only one in the bathroom- this is extremely difficult if two couples are trying to get ready to go out for the evening. The kitchen is well stocked and the living spaces are cosy.
