The home is situated on the more publicly accessible side of the lake, with easy access to many great activities and attractions. Spend the day sampling the many restaurants, breweries, or wineries close by. Play a family round of mini golf, or head to Lake Anna State Park for a hike. Civil War battlefields, Goochland Drive-in theater, Kings Dominion amusement park, Dominion Raceway, and Spring Creek golf course are nearby for added fun during your stay.

When you're not out exploring or cruising the lake, make the most of the home's two-acre, waterfront location by swimming and fishing from the private dock. Anglers who bring their own gear and tackle can pick up bait from the nearby marina. Floats, paddleboards, and kayaks are also provided for added fun on the water. Multiple outdoor spaces include a sundeck and shaded patio complete with seating and lounge areas, plus a table for alfresco dining. At the end of the day, gather on the screened porch or take a soak in the private hot tub under the stars with a 'treehouse' feel surrounded by woods.
