Great house! Well stocked with everything we needed including a pack and play and highchair. Deck was wonderful (could use a good cleaning) and a baby gate that fits the basement stair opening would be super helpful. Overall the house was great though. Very peaceful setting.
Love thd view Clean home Spacious
It was well stocked, vey clean , spacious and offered good natural lighting and entertainment facilities. The lake view is very very very obscured and this was a bummer for me. A couple of other imperfections ( broken table flap, uneven ground front of house, missing 2nd rail up the steps to the house, porch light inoperative,) somewhat lessened my experience.. Nice place but could use a tad more conscientiousness about details and be clearer about the supposed “lske view “ as that, for some of us coming to Lake Anna is of utmost importance.
We stayed at Turtle Cove over the 4th of July holiday and had an absolutely lovely time. Hosts are communicative, made checking in and out easy, and allowed us to bring our furry one along (for a fee). The house was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and game room with pool and ping-pong for indoor fun when the weather wasn't cooperating. Its location on the lake between Lake Anna State Park and Pleasant Landing was helpful to us to take advantage of both some hiking outdoors and beach time on the lake. I would definitely recommend staying here in the future.
The place was spotless, well stocked, good layout, etc...PERFECT except for the trouble we had getting in.
Loved the view through the wall of windows. The game tables downstairs were great for when it was rainy and cold.
