Though there's plenty to eat and drink just a short walk away, why not take a ferry to Sunset Key for a little day trip? Make sure to stop by Mallory Square for the nightly Sunset Celebrations.

Snag a spot poolside to work on your tan. Head inside to make a quick dish in the fully equipped kitchen before surfing the cable channels. Connect to the free WiFi to post some beach pictures on Instagram, then treat everyone to a night out at one of the restaurants along Duval Street. This was our 6th year staying at Shipyard Perch. Home away from home! The condo is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and in walking distance to most everything in Old Town. We are sad that the city does not allow weekly rentals anymore at Shipyard after this year.

This is our second time renting this condo. We liked is so much the first time we sought it out on our second visit. It is clean and has everything you could possibly need to cook, do laundry, lounge around, whatever you want. Having two bathrooms is a huge plus. The location is fantastic, minutes from everything. Couldn't be happier. When we come back, we will definitely seek out Shipyard Perch again.
