The canal was noted as large and clean, adding to the sense of comfort and appeal. Its location was praised for convenient access to nearby shopping, dining, and the surrounding area. Tarpon Cove stood out for its spectacular water views, memorable sunrises and sunsets, and the chance to watch manatees and other wildlife from the home. This home is perfect for anyone coming to the Keys to spend time on the water. The two-story home sits on the widest canal in Hammer Point that leads to Florida Bay and has its own private dock capable of anchoring a boat up to 40 feet.

Back on land, you and your party have a choice of three patios where you can take in all the beauty the Florida Keys have to offer. You could sit on the dock and watch the manatees sunbathe and perhaps see a dolphin or two. The second story screened in patio provides a beautiful sunset that you can watch while sharing a cocktail. In the evening, you could enjoy the night breeze on the front patio, stargaze on the open deck by the water or simply unwind with the large flatscreen TV.

We very much enjoyed the home during our month long stay. The views are spectacular with water views to the canal and the ocean. We got to see manatees in the canal may times which was special. The sunsets were amazing. The home has very easy access in/out of the community & there are stores nearby for most needs.

Beautiful smaller home with a wonderful canal view and dockage. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The Winn Dixie is right down the road, so getting groceries was easy. The daily manatee sitings were a plus. A osprey nest with chicks was right at the end of the canal. Excellent access to the bay.
