When you're ready to venture out, it's a short trip to Hilton Head attractions including Atlantic beaches and Coligny Plaza. LIVING AREA The sunlit living area is furnished with two armchairs and a comfy sleeper sofa. Kick back and stream new releases on the flat-screen TV with Roku. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare favorite recipes in the gourmet kitchen, newly appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. As dinner simmers, prepare tasty drinks at the wet bar. When you're ready to eat, gather around the table for four in the dining area. BED & BATH This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary suite features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with Roku, and an en-suite bathroom configured with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES A comfy love seat, two armchairs, and lovely pool views set the scene for happy hours on your private screened balcony. Kick-start your mornings at the on-site fitness center or tennis courts. Return from the beach for a refreshing dip in the two unheated outdoor pools, open seasonally from April to October. The heated indoor pool offers year-round relaxation. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Unassigned parking is available for up to two cars in the open lot. Parking passes must be purchased with cash upon arrival. The first pass is $20; an additional pass may be purchased for $5 (subject to change). Please note that boats of any kind are not permitted on the property (including kayaks and canoes). This rental is located on the third floor. An elevator is not available. Renovated in Fall 2020, this property features fresh paint and upgraded appliances. THE LOCATION Walk 2 minutes from your unit to the community boardwalk, which leads to a peaceful beach on the sound. Sunkissed days by the Atlantic await at nearby Islanders Beach Park (5 miles) and Coligny Beach Park (10 miles). Golfers will appreciate being within minutes of golf courses like Bear Creek Golf Club, Port Royal Planter's Row Golf Course, and Palmetto Hall Golf and Country Club. We loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying. The screened in balcony overlooking the outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing at night without getting eaten by mosquitos. The walking paths and nature were lovely, as well as the beach access to the marshlands and walk on the dock. This place is a hidden gem and we'd love to stay here again! The only con was that the gym/indoor pool/sauna was closed for renovations and we weren't notified until we stayed here. We have very health-conscious family members with us that were looking forward to the gym and sauna, and would have brought equipment with us if we knew it was closed.
Condo was OK but not fully restored. To call it a gourmet kitchen is a big stretch. But overall a goog place. Again one must take note no elevator and this us 3rd floor. The overall complex is old and they do what they can to keep it a decent property but if you are looking for a really nice, resort type of a stay thus is not the place. Pools are fine, not large but good. Right on the sound so at beach you have mud and muck and when tide goes out you are sitting in front of 6 inches of muddy bottom. Brink your water shoes and be ready to go to alternate beach. Tennis courts were adequate. Lines good, nets in place but again, nowhere to sit, courts have never been power washed, and gaps under fence. If tennis is your thing you can play but don't think you are getting resort style courts. Think more City courts. Property is quiet staff were friendly. Basically here you get what you pay for. Spend more money and go elsewhere on island. Or pay to come here and it will be a 3.5 OK place. No major issues just not anywhere near a resort, spa, or semi upscale property.
Clean & well appointed condo. Everything you need for a great vacation. I would rent this condo again.
