Village House 206 is a tastefully updated condo offering a prime location near the beach! Located in the Village House in Port Royal Village, this condo is well-maintained and decorated with a light and airy touch. It's also well-appointed and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for either a vacation or a long-term rental. Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach, pool, and Westin. Enter the building through the lobby and take the elevator to the second level. The keyless entry system on the front door of the condo makes direct check-in and check-out a breeze. You are greeted by the beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring, tasteful décor, many updates, comfortable furnishings, and wall-mounted flatscreen TVs in every room! The living room has a sleeper sofa and two accent chairs, a large wall-mounted flat panel TV, and balcony access for enjoying the serene sounds of the village. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing daily meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table and six chairs. The main bedroom has a king bed, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom is shared with the hallway. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat panel TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo. The Village House is a multi-story building with lobby entry (lobby locks after hours for security) and offers unassigned community parking lot and access to a shared community pool. Village House, the building -- halls, elevator, lobby -- were very clean and lovely. The location was wonderful -- quiet street, nice 1/4 mile walk to Islanders Beach Park, (a very nice park with restrooms and boardwalk to beach) and easy driving to stores and restaurants. Unit looks out over shade trees and yard. Maybe try a different unit.

This condo is clean, near the beach, the Westin Hotel, and public beach access. I would give it four and a half stars if possible. It has a nice beach theme. It might not have as many amenities as some recently renovated condos in the complex, but it is still a good rental for your money.
