We love the complex although it's older, but easy walk to Eagle Lift. This unit is neat & clean enough and does face the parking lot. Expected amenities like a dishwasher & WiFi are NOT PROVIDED. They also only provide you with 2 rolls of toilet paper and will not provide more. We had an issue with a stain on a blanket, but they replaced it a few days in. Also, Jacuzzi in complex was broken for the last day of our trip. Lock is tricky, but does work. Plenty of firewood for fireplace, but you will need to get your own starter logs. Wood provided very difficult to light. Overall an okay place if you BYOTP & don't need WiFi.
The location was perfect for our stay and was a short distance from the free city bus stops. The space was sufficient and there was a good amount of dishes and such available for use. I felt the cleaning crew did good cleaning, with the outdated space they were working with. The negatives are that a lot of things were outdated and broken. There was a rip of carpet on the floor with threads of carpet stung out in the hallway, the place smelled strongly of some type of smell almost like moth balls or something, the stove top elements were all warped and sticking up sideways and felt unsafe to use and the kitchen sink only had one functioning side as the side withy he disposal was blocked. Worst of all, the pull out sleeper couch was unusable as it was missing a lot of springs. We had to take the mattress off of the couch and put it on the floor for it to be usable to sleep on and then the living room floor was full of bed and the couch was unusable without the mattress on it for the duration of our stay. We were also concerned with the fact that there were half a dozen extension cords all hooked together in every room. This felt very unsafe and like a fire hazard so we unplugged them for our stay. At checkout we were asked to wash our dishes but clearly other ppl didn’t do that very well as all of the dishes were filthy on our arrival.
