With no neighbors above or below, this two-story townhome boasts an attached garage that is perfect for a family looking to get away or a couple dreaming of a white Christmas. This townhome features a cozy fireplace, two large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen that will come in handy for preparing warm meals after a full day on the slopes. Best of all, relaxation won't be hard to find with a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, free WiFi, and a jetted tub in the master bedroom! What's nearby: You won't find a better location than the Fox Point at Redstone Community. Sitting within walking distance to essentials like the supermarket, banks, fun stops like restaurants, shopping, snd Starbucks, you will be mere minutes from anything you need. Just a short drive from historic Main Street, you can easily access all skiing areas like Canyons Village, Park City Mountain Resort, and world-famous Deer Valley. The Basin Recreation Field House is a two-minute walk from your rental and offers a fitness room, pool, indoor soccer field, and drop-in classes, all for a minimal fee. Visit the Utah Olympic Park for summer and wintertime fun for the whole family, just two miles away. And for visiting skiers, Canyons Village at Park City is just three-and-a-half miles south, while the Deer Valley Ski Resort is only eight miles southeast. And if you're not traveling by car, Park City offers a free public bus system with routes throughout the city. Nice condo in a great location. Overall the condo is very nice and as represented in the photos. The condo was very clean, and we found the check-in/check-out process with vacasa very simple. And whoever shovels (perhaps the HOA?), did a great job keeping the area outside the garage and front door clear of snow. And the location is excellent if you want to avoid the chaos of main street Park City. This condo was very convenient to the restaurants, ski rentals, and shops at Kimball Junction (including some within walking distance), and not very far from Park City or Deer Valley skiing. The condo was very clean, but could use some updating. The bathrooms are dated and could use some renovation, and the entire place needs painting. That said, the carpeting was relatively new. There are also a few things in need of repair - specifically the dryer did not dry very well, and one of the sinks in the master bathroom did not have hot water. We just worked around these issues and did not try to get resolved. Overall good value for the price, and we would stay here again.
The townhouse is absolutely beautiful! We find it better than staying in a top resort—still very convenient to Park City, plenty of space, and convenient location walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!
A lot of little things. 3 TVs but 2 are only hooked up to a DVD player and have no reception other than that. (Are we in the 1990s?)

If you're familiar with Park City, then you already how much the Kimball Junction area has grown over the years. At this point, my family and I enjoy staying in Kimball much more than dealing with the traffic and overcrowding of Main Street... way too chaotic! The level of dining in KJ is absolutely fantastic! Want fine dining with live music? Sterling Park City! Want great Italian food? Bartolo's or Ghidotti's! Want something fast and easy? Red Rock or Maxwell's! Thai food? Thai So Good! There's Chinese, Japanese, and even Jamaican food here! ALL OF THESE are within a short walk of this Park City home. Walk to the grocery store (Smith's), the Metro 8 Movie Theater, Starbucks, Sushi, the Post Office, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Michael's, World Market, Park City Coffee Roasters, a state liquor store, and so much more!!! (there is literally too much to list). The home itself is a 2 story townhome with no one above or below, and has an attached garage, which is extremely convenient. The master suite is fantastic, and the overall use of the space is one of the best I've seen for a 2 bedroom townhome. It doesn't really matter what you're here for, this is the best option I've EVER found in Park City. I've been coming to Park City for nearly 20 years, and I can say for certain that I will continue to come back here over and over again!!!
As good as it gets for the price!!! First, this property is located in a PRIME location, where you can literally walk to everything you need or want. Smith's grocery store, Starbucks, Home Goods, 4 major banks, about 20 restaurants, Chop Shop Park City (an AWESOME butcher shop), World Market, TJ Maxx, the Post Office, and more! It's also just a short drive to Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, the Park City Outlets, and Canyons Resort at Park City Mountain. Second, the unit itself is super-cozy, and while not an enormous house, there's plenty of room for a family of 4 or for 2 couples. It's a two-story townhome with a 1-car attached garage. Third, the price seems low to me. When I compare this location, how cozy this unit is, and how convenient everything about it was, I'd say it's the best priced property I've ever stayed at in Park City. And I've been going to Park City for over 20 years!!! If you're looking for convenience, comfort, and a location with tons of walkability, then look no further. If you don't like this place, then maybe... just maybe, you might be too hard to please.
