Rating
We enjoy the location and how quiet the property is. It has everything our family needs to stay comfortably.
We LOVED our stay at Lakeland 513. It is beautifully updated, with new carpet and attractive staging. The bedding was very comfortable as were the pillows! And the unit was very well stocked. I especially enjoyed the gas fireplace insert during the crisp fall evenings. The complex itself is fabulous and the location is central to everything you would need or desire. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
Good location
This home is in a beautiful setting, on a property that provides great amenities. It is quiet and relaxing, even though it's located on a busy thoroughfare. You don't hear any street noise. The beach is amazing! The three-level townhouse has some temperature issues--freezing on the first floor, comfortable on the second floor, and hot on the third floor. In summer, there's no way to warm up the first floor, but the ceiling fans do the trick for the higher floors. The beds were comfortable and the living room sofa is great. We loved sitting on the balcony and having coffee in the morning. We could not get the TVs to work, though we were only trying to play music. If you stay here, no matter the time of year, bring something warm and cozy to bundle up in if you'll be staying in the first floor bedroom.
Unit 513 was perfect for our Family of 4. It had everything we needed. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and beach access. The beach was good for our 9yr old twin boys, but in the afternoon when the wind kicks up it can make the water choppy and bring in lake weeds and make the water murky. The pool and hot tub were a plus. The unit was spacious enough for us. The pull out bed was decent. TV’s worked fine. Kitchen was nice. I would definitely stay in unit 513 again!
