Please note that 2 additional children under the age of 18 can stay in the home and this does not count toward the 6 person occupancy per the Douglas County Ordinances to operate a Short Term Rental. Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. One vehicle must be parked in Designated Parking Spot #5 by the unit. One vehicle must be parked in the Designated Garage Spot #5. Parking Placards: Renters will be issued parking placards that must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard for all vehicles, including guests. All vehicles must park only in designated parking areas. Failure to park in designated areas and/or display placards may result in a $500 citation and fine. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. Enjoy lake views and beachfront bliss at beautiful Zephyr Cove!
