Beautiful updated well maintained home in Glenshire. Property management was available to help us with code access issues. We ended up using the key.
Wonderful location, end of cul de sac with vaulted ceiling living/ dining and decks on 4 floors. We loved the peacefulness of this location, sitting around outdoor firepit at night, and fact we could walk down the block and onto endless trails. The community pool is 5 mins away, just opened for the season. Super convenient location with a 10 min drive along the Truckee river to historic downtown and Hwy 80. Nicely updated while still homey. Not to mention the pool table in the game room - we had the best weekend!
Stayed in this house in the summer. Outdoor furniture and barbecue's are excellent. A house fan system, if followed properly, allows for a pleasant stay with out needing air conditioning in the hottest of conditions. The owner does not allow tenants access to the Wi-Fi/entertainment systems. The owner does not allow the tenants access to the garage. Also stayed in this house in the winter, and not having access to a garage is a REAL problem in winter, as you can't get your car out of the elements. It is a beautiful large house, supporting a lot of folk, but when paying this kind of money, one expects full access to all features (garage & Wi-fi for instance).
This home is well located in Truckee and is roomy, clean and very warm. The views are beautiful and we felt very comfortable here!
This is as one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. High end everything. Way more than enough space. Incredibly fair priced. Will return for sure.
Great house for group needing up to 5 actual bedrooms. 3.5 bathrooms where each one is strategically located to bedroom sets is great. Lastly, even though the house has no AC we were in Truckee during a run of 4 95 degree days. The ventilation system has a fan system in the house that pumps all the lower floor air to the higher floors. so the warmest it would get during the day was 80. And at night, once the house was opened up, it dropped to a pleasant mid-60's during the night.
