Ski slopes were easily accessible, just a few steps from the backdoor of our condo. Condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Overall First impression was nice and then they were cleanliness issues. Outdated TV needs upgrading the cleaning staff did not leave supplies in the bathroom and the kitchen cabinets were dirty with sticky food. Otherwise OK
Location was outstanding and space was great!
None of the bedding and pillows seemed clean. There was many stains including blood, and we found a children’s toy and women’s dirty underwear in the bedding. The tub also had water and hair in it.
So this our 3rd time renting this unit due to the location. Overall the unit is nice but there is room for improvement. The location is wonderful and you’re close to everything which is what we absolutely love! The heated bathroom floors are wonderful. But there are a lot of things that need to be addressed. What I find fascinating is that I left a review about the kitchen faucet two years ago(see below) and how it didn’t work and they still haven’t fixed it! The kitchen faucet is absolutely broken, and it was a nightmare for the last four days. The dryer was also completely disconnected, and the pipe was removed and dangling. I’m not sure why the cleaning crew did not notice it and get it fixed before we came to the unit. Especially because they only give you one towel per person and expect you to do laundry while you’re there. The bed in the additional bedroom is a large bed, but is quite uncomfortable as there are two separate box springs which has created a complete crevice all the way down the middle of the bed. You also have to put the air conditioning on as the unit is extremely hot. The television is also very old and a nightmare to work because they have four different remotes and it took my husband 30 minutes to get it to work properly. The showerhead in the master bathroom is absolutely horrendous as you cannot move it at all, and it beats down against the glass so you have to position yourself in the shower in order to properly shower yourself.
The check-in took over an hour because the property did not have the booking from Vacasa. Also there was a dirty towel with either poop or mud on it folded in with the clean towels. We complained to the helpline and asked for new linens and they never got back to us with linens or any type of apology or compensation. Also when we checked in the patio door was not only unlocked but open so I did not feel safe when we first checked in which was at night. Again, the helpline never got back to us regarding that issue. In terms of the condo itself, it looks much better in the pictures. It’s lacking in almost every aspect from outdated and uncomfortable furniture to a kitchen which was barely stocked with anything including a can opener. I liked being at the property itself, meaning the amenities provided by the facility such as the common areas, activities, and parking. But the condo unit is really bad.I would not recommend this place.
