Modern mountain home with private hot tub, deck, fireplace, & skiing nearby

Great place for a family group. Quality kitchen appliances, espresso machine. On premise hot tub was very popular with our group after a day of skiing.

We got to spend Christmas in this lovely home in a beautiful part of Tahoe. The snow absolutely dumped down making it a very magical christmas for the kids. The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space and plenty to do. Hot tub was a treat too. Highly recommend!

This home is very nice and we had a very comfortable stay. It is well appointed and having the addition of a private Jacuzzi was incredibly nice. The only real issues with the property were that the downstairs guest bedroom queen bed is incredibly uncomfortable to the point that we needed to use a rollaway bed in place of it. And, the master bedroom bed is wonderful, but there is no shade for the top window, so during the summer, it is too bright very early in the A.M. Other than that, the location is amazing. Being situated on a cul-de-sac gave us a quiet, enjoyable experience, and I would only recommend that they add patio furniture to the top deck so people can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings more while eating a nice meal. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom Northstar property in May 2025. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy mountain charm. Each bedroom was thoughtfully appointed with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for everyone in our group. The open-concept kitchen and living area was perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring—plenty of seating, an entertainment system, and large windows that brought the serene forest views right into the home. The area at the back of the house is awesome... the kids went crazy on the slopes, and how can I forget the hot tub? Another nice touch, especially after a lot of walking during the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and we especially appreciated the outdoor deck for enjoying morning coffee in the crisp mountain air. The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet just minutes from Northstar Village, hiking trails, and downtown Truckee. One of the highlights was access to the Northstar amenities, including the fitness center, pool, and hot tubs—such a nice bonus. Communication with the host/property manager was smooth and responsive to find everything we needed, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I have traveled a lot, but have not seen the following at many properties regularly: a) EV charging ability, b) hot tub, c) privacy for master bedroom, and the facility for the kids to enjoy some free time (downstairs), d) a fully stocked, elaborate kitchen you can party in (we were 2 families and 2 came to visit), and e) all this at a very reasonable price. We can’t recommend this property enough for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing mountain retreat. We’re already planning our next visit! Thank you to the property owners.
