This unit is for sale and it’s clear from our experience that the owners or property management company are checked out. Broken furniture with nails sticking out, holes in the couch, water damage from leak from the ceiling, broken door knobs. We notified Vacasa immediately about our concerns- were told “the local team will handle it”- nothing was done during our stay. The unit is a nice layout and it was fairly clean but this unit need some TLC. The Everline property was great- we will be back to the resort but not this suite.
The condo needed quite a bit of maintenance. However, the condo was in a hotel but without the benefits of a hotel. Meaning, there wasn’t daily maid service. There were no Kuerig pods (or a refreshing each day), no clean towels, etc. no where to even put the trash that accumulates because it is a hotel. But you pay the same or higher rate for the connected rooms plus a service fee for Vacasa. I would book directly w the hotel in the future. The condo had a broken bed, broken Kuerig, and a lot of smaller but obvious maintenance items that should be remedied for any vacation rental.
awesome property and unit - perfect for our family of 6 with ski in/out and great restaurants and outdoor hot tubs!
