Outdoor enthusiasts will love the easy access to nearby ski resorts, trailheads, and state parks. Put on your most comfortable shoes and explore Historic Downtown Truckee, Donner Memorial State Park, Truckee River Rafting, and Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe. When you make this condo your next home away from home, you are also granted access to fantastic community amenities. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, hot tubs, an Olympic-sized pool and kiddie pool (open seasonally during summer months), a year-round lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities. You have everything you need for an entertaining and soothing stay. The main living area of this exquisite rustic condo is located on the second floor, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are seamlessly combined into one inviting space. Throw some logs into the wood-burning fireplace to keep you nice and toasty during cold days, and snuggle up near the fire as you play board games or stream an entertaining series on the smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare magnificent culinary masterpieces or simple finger foods for the group. Start your days with a steamy cup of Joe from the coffee maker. The condo's first floor offers a laundry area with a washer/dryer. Right between the first and second levels is a bedroom with an independent entrance to the main living room on the second floor.
