Was in for the Shakespeare festival and birthday celebrations!! Condo close to everything. 10 minute drive to Sand Harbor. Walking distance to the Hyatt Regency!! Unit had everything to make your vacay comfortable. Loved the creek along side the unit. Also any concerns were quickly addressed!!
Great location at Incline Village. Living area and master bedroom upstairs, with steep stairs from the first floor, so probably not suitable for seniors or small children.
My daughter was married at Sand Harbor and we all rented places in the same vicinity. It was a beautiful area. The home was next to a creek with lush green plants and trees. You couldn’t ask for a better setting. It made our experience absolutely wonderful!
I've struggled with what to write as a review. The downstairs sink was unuseable because of the foul/rotten smell coming from the drains. While it's nice that there was a coffee maker was was disgusting. We opted then to boil water and make pour over but the kettle was rusted inside. I struggled with the no shoes posting because the floors were definitely not clean when we got there. I audibly gasped at the site under my bed. I don't believe underneath it had ever been cleaned. For the cost I'm incredibly disappointed and I wouldn't stay again.
This home is a great spot! It’s literally less than 10 minutes to anything Tahoe. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, blankets and bedding. The one thing that really disappointed me was the beach access pass. We confirmed with several locals that each owner has a beach access pass that grants access to Incline Beach, private access. We gained it on the last day by renting a boat. It’s the prettiest place in Tahoe. Sand, clear blue water, shade, vollleyball, anything. I asked several times about the beach pass but was denied. When I go back, this will be the reason I choose a different location to stay.
