Oceanfront House with Private Hot Tub & Beach Access - Dog-Friendly

Windows Floor to ceiling view of the beautiful ocean. Tide pools right outside your back door. Cozy fireplace . The bed was amazing. I am a believer now. It was a select comfort. The house was beyond our expectations. We are already booking our next stay a Patty’s Sea Perch Thank you for sharing this special place with us.

The newly remodeled kitchen is wonderful but all the dishes and glasses need to be available; there were more prior to this stay. Upon arrival, there were no ice cube trays and the hand soap dispensers were broken with sharp edges and some did not work at all. They should not be used for continual guests but should be changed between clients. When we contacted Vacasa, they stated someone would be out to replace these items but NO ONE came; we even received a text asking if we still needed the items and we stated yes but NO ONE came! The kitchen counters were not wiped down after installation of the new ones so we had to clean them. The carpet appeared cleaner but the dogs kept eating things they found on the floor; this led me to believe it was not vacuumed thoroughly. We love this house BUT the cleaning services are less than adequate!

The location was amazing! The view from the windows was so beautiful, nice chairs and love seat set up perfect to relax and watch the ocean.

You can't beat the view. The house is very clean and is well stocked with towels, dishes etc We have been staying there for over 8 years. I would highly recommend this property.

When we arrived, we found that the secured top key box was open with no key and the lower key lock box did not work. We called VaCasa and the person who responded said he would notify the local representative. By chance, we opened the storm door and found the house key in the lock and the door was open. This is not acceptable for security of the place. The cleanliness of this house has declined over the many years we have come here to vacation and relax. The carpeting and furniture are stained and dingy. This is the first time the dogs were licking their paws and scratching their armpits almost all the time while we stayed there. As always, the supplies were top notch but there is a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Vacasa needs to do a better job on cleaning and maintaining their rental houses!

Been there many times but this is the first time close to summer. Beach was super but different and we were able to see whales spouting.
