Tough to beat the Grand Lodges for convenience and comfort - heated garages, pool, hot tub and Sauna, all right across the road from the Skiway trail that connects to Glade Trail to or from Timberline (definitely from for me...) And property management folks are super helpful too! Looking forward to our next stay.
Where do I even start? When we arrived cleaning had been stopped midway with trash left on the floor, cleaning items on the counter, dishes in the sink, and an untouched turd in the toilet that left quite the mess. I didn’t get a message about this until the following day in the afternoon when we had already left. This was never resolved. We cleaned it up. Not exactly what you want to do when you’re on vacation for $433 a night. The next day we came back to a huge puddle in the kitchen. The fridge went out and the ice was melting. Again, unresolved. $150 worth of groceries we stored on the deck instead of the fridge. Overall this rental is run down and well loved. A fresh coat of paint and furniture/carpet refresh would go a long way. It seems like when something is broken it’s never fixed. Overall very disappointed with customer service and lack of action with the issues we had.
The grand lodges are spacious, quiet, and well appointed. Everything worked just great. It’s a little bit of a further walk to the town of Govee but a very nice place to stay over all. We would love to stay there again.
Heated garage is a great perk. The condo feels larger than a typical 3 bedroom place.
Horrible experience with customer service and them saying they're available 24/7. They're not! For the home, it's beautiful, spacious, beds are comfy.
Clean, great floor plan, convenient location.
